The waived 10% buyer’s premium often covers the cost of the ticket. This tier is strongly recommended for serious buyers, collectors, antique dealers, and resellers who want guaranteed access to the best pieces before they’re gone.
TIER 2 — SOCIAL ACCESS

A great option for guests who want to shop the home, enjoy the event, and network with others in a relaxed, festive setting.
Social Access entry begins at 5:00 PM.

Social Access Includes:
• Entry at 5:00 PM
• Full access to shop the home after 5:00 PM
• Charcuterie & treat table
• Holiday drinks
• Access to walk the home and mingle
• Gift bag included for all attendees
Important Notes:
• Social Access does not include the waived 10% buyer’s premium.
• Social Access tickets cannot be changed or upgraded after December 17th.
